Where is the best place for a 5 day holiday within a 2.5 hour drive of Zurich, Switzerland?

My wife, baby and I want to take five days (Saturday-Wednesday) one of the next 3 weeks. We’d love to go to St. Moritz, but it is fully booked. We’d like to get 1 or 2 days of skiing in, but having a nice area for us to explore with shopping, restaurants, nice scenery/hiking is even more important. We were thinking Davos, but would be open to anywhere including outside of Switzerland. Any help would be much appreciated. Zermatt is out as we have already visited and also have recenlty been to Schruns, Austria, Thanks.
