
How can I lose weight with all this Easter chocolate??!?
So it’s Easter, and i got a loadd of chocolate. And all the stuff i LOVE: cadbury mini eggs and creme eggs, a zillion lindt mini chocolate eggs, a big lindt gold bunny, 2 big swiss chocolate bars, hershey hugs, and a big hollow chocolate egg. I have really been trying to lose weight lately (especially over easter holidays) but i absoloutely love chocolate. And i know my mom would get upset if i said i didn’t want it and stuff. How can I avoid gaining weight from it all!? Please help, 10 points to best!
And also it is snowing and freezing out so I can’t go running or anything outside. I don’t have a treadmill but I do have an exercise ball and weights and space. I will try and go cross country skiing later though! Thanks again.
If your really craving your Easter goodies, first think if you really need it or if your just borde. If you decide you really need it, first exercise go lift some weights or do some yoga. Come back to your candy later and reward your hard work with a piece or two o candy. Remember self discipline is key! So one or two pieces is it, not the entire stash! If you don’t want to hurt your mom’s feelings about not eating your candy, I’ve always found that if someone asks me for a piece of my candy I’m more than happy to give it to them. Sometimes i even offer it to my family! This way i can get rid of my candy with out hurting my moms feelings!
